Aggressive Salmon (Jul 18th, 2008)

That's the title of our team entry into the World Championship Bathtub Race. As you can see, the vessel is much more than just a bathtub. Hours and hours of work have gone into crafting this fine vessel ... and now it's all paying off.

Shaw has dedicated a video journalist to our cause and we'll be on Channel 4 in Nanaimo a number of times.

Whizzbang Stoked (Jul 13th, 2008)

This year, the group of fire performers with whom I'm acquainted (Willow included) created another take on the 'Whizzbang' coal mining-based story. It was an absolutely fabulous performance and a tribute to Nanaimo's past.
